This international exhibition gives visitors a look behind the scenes. Take a tour through the Stones’ history and impressive career with original objects from the band’s personal archive, including instruments, stage designs, album covers, iconic costumes, personal diaries, rare audio fragments and video footage. A highlight is a reconstruction of the band’s old studio and modest flat in London’s Edith Grove. Another is the spectacular Dolby Atmos experience as part of the finale of the exhibition. Here visitors get to experience the Stones “live” on stage in Cuba in 2016.
Groningen will be Unzipped’s final stop on the European continent.

The show starts on Friday 30 June at The Groninger Museum.
